Adam Leining, President/Client Services Director
Adam has been working in digital marketing since 1995 when he launched the first database driven arts & entertainment web site in Salt Lake City. Adam parlayed this experience into a job in advertising with the big agency in town, EURO RSCG DSW Partners. He learned the ropes of the advertising business while building and executing interactive innovations for Intel and Macromedia.

When he moved on to an upstart interactive agency called Lot21 in San Francisco, he continued to pursue innovation while focusing on ROI performance for dot-com goliaths eBay and CNET. As his team prioritized hundreds of pieces of creative and analyzed thousands of data points, Adam began developing strategies to streamline operations and the campaign management process. Shortly thereafter, he took a leave of absence to pursue human rights work full time.

Returning to the Internet scene after a stint in multicultural marketing, Adam joined a small performance marketing company as Media Director and helped it grow over 600% in two years using various content and affiliate marketing strategies. He then left to start Vercai, Inc. and its new performance marketing division LB3 Interactive. His mission is nothing short of fixing the Internet: to balance the interests of consumers, businesses and media publishers, foster trust and effective collaboration between them and open up new market opportunities for clients.

Adam is the quiet type, whatever that means. He enjoys Chinese philosophy, meditation and taking it easy on the beaches and in the parks of San Francisco.

Eric Bui, Media Manager
Eric has over five years of traditional and interactive marketing experience for Fortune 5oo clients like Citibank, Coca-Cola and University of Phoenix, for whom he developed strategic partnerships and unique promotional programs. Eric is particularly skilled in designing affiliate programs that give media publishers effective CPMs above rate card. Eric appears quiet and soft spoken, but likely he is just discreetly listening to Jimi Hendrix on his iPod. Either way, Eric is the person you want blazing new trails for your affiliate program. He has a degree in communications from UC Davis.
